Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We may, at our discretion, cancel any order before shipment and will notify you if we do so. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is accepted, cancellation may not be possible.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as detailed in your order confirmation.
Prices do not include sales tax, VAT, GST, customs duties, or shipping and handling charges, which will be added to your total as applicable and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for all such charges.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. However, your contract of sale is directly with ECHO DYNASTY INDUSTRIES LIMITED (trading as Brooklattice).
You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for any aspect of the sales transaction between you and us, including but not limited to product quality, fulfillment, shipping, returns, or customer service. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your use of our store and your purchases.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Brooklattice, ECHO DYNASTY INDUSTRIES LIMITED, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
